Greetings to all of our loyal clients! Once again it is my privilege to remind you of the aesthetic and health value of our tree & shrub program. It has been our pleasure to serve you in the past and we are here for you once again in 2011. You may have noticed the new logo above. Many of our old friends have asked us “what happened to Pied Piper?” Starting the first of 2011, we have begun to bring our original name back to the front; I hope you approve.
Unfortunately, I also have some sad news to share with you. As you may recall, last year we were forced to change our injection chemical from Metasystox R2, due to new label restrictions. As I informed you then, the only realistic alternative to this product is Safari 20SG, which we began using mid-summer 2010. Because it was a new product, I told you at that time that I would use it at the same price as its predecessor. Unfortunately, I am unable to continue that, having suffered an extensive loss for the company as a result. To put it simply, this material is TEN TIMES more expensive per injected amount as the MSR was. Therefore, you can anticipate a likely 50% increase to the previous cost of the Soil Injection Service (Spruce Bark Beetle and Foliar Services will NOT reflect this new cost). Please be assured that Cherry & I agonized a long time over this and if there was any other solution we would have implemented it. Our clients are dear to us!
To help you offset some of this cost, I am announcing on this site some incentive programs that you may well want to consider participating in. As always, you can return the enclosed order form at no postage cost, fax it in or order online (or via e-mail) for your 2011 Yard Service. But look at some of the options first.
